We want you to be completely satisfied with your Seiko timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely place the watch in its original Seiko presentation box, including all manuals, warranty cards, and any removed bracelet links.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring any previous labels are covered.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the timepiece, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
